ONCE AGAIN...

     So, last week there was a vote to defund Planned Parenthood.

Then, there was the second GOP debates where they discussed that along with other topics, but hardly anything to do with Veterans-other than the Good Doctor suggesting to get rid of Dept. of Veterans Affairs; and many other important topics were breezed over.  Lots of course about immigration.  Funny considering Cruz was born in Canada, Rubio's parents are from Cuba, and 2 out of 3 of Trump's wives are immigrants.  Think he'd like to ship them back?  Was there any talk about climate change?  I confess, I did not tune in for the entire 3 hours.

     Then my favorite, the 4x married county clerk that Huckabee's willing to go to jail for- who at the request of her mother-in-law's dying wish, (not sure which mother-in-law) started going to church and now is a self righteous position to judge others.  Perhaps the county clerks that issued her marriage licenses should have employed a little more consideration. 

     Any ol' way I find it funny; it's like they don't know that we vote.

     Cracked me up when some were befuddled after Romney lost in 2012.  Did they not think that the 47% comment had a little to do with it?  I remember seeing that Cuccinelli lost due to not doing well with women voters.  SHOCKING!

     I'll even go this far; farther than I did in HERE'S A TIP .

The thing is, this country has a lot of women, gays, people of color, different religions, no religion, etc.  Like everyone else, these people have loved ones that care and want their loved ones to be happy.  In other words, even if their loved ones are not the spitting image of them, and have different points of view, they still want their loved ones to have the same opportunities that they have.

     After all, we were once called, "The Great American Melting Pot".  So, chances are that even if you meet someone that shares you beliefs and looks like you more than not; they're pulling for loved ones that are polar opposites.   AND THEY'RE GOING TO VOTE ACCORDINGLY.

Let's see how this sinks in.
